Why aren’t schools using the technology that most kids already have in their pockets? We will look at web based services that can be used with cellphones such as: polleverywhere, cel.ly, remind101, flickr, studyboost, chacha and voki. We will also discuss creative ways to use these services with kids who do not have a mobile device. Attendees will be sending text messages and should be aware of any texting charges your plan may incur.
